Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTerrible customer service. Could barely understand the order taker. Car was left on the card reader while my food was bagged. I had to ask for my card back and did not get a receipt. It was not busy, only 4 people in the drive thru, including me.
The jalapeno popper cheese frenchee is outstanding. Also, best fries I have had in years.
The iced coffee I ordered tasted bad. It was almost like the flavoring or sugar added was expired.
Bagel sandwich has a soggy bagel. The croissant sandwich is slightly stale. Mexifries are terrible, I hate the seasoning.
Alex was working the window. When it came time to pay, I realized I forgot my wallet. I informed him and he proactively gave me alternative ways to pay, one being the tap feature on my phone (I've never used yet). Miraculously, I had it setup already. I just want to say for a young fellow he has great trouble shooting and problem solving skills. Those are great attributes for success in life. Thanks Alex
