Tom's On Main - Yazoo City

I was born and raised in Yazoo City but moved away many years ago. I was back in town from Nashville and went by Tom’s today for lunch. The Blues Burger is absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely eat here again when I’m in town. Service was great and the whole place had a great feel. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Today I called Tom’s on Main to place a order a waitress picked up the phone I asked if I could place a order she said we out of fish and hamburger steak.I told her ok I called her back not even 2 minutes later I told her I wanted to get the bbq tenderloin she tells me we out of that to I tell her I just called and they weren’t out of it she tell me “look we are really busy stuff leave fast “ with a attitude so I hung up got on my car and drove to there restaurant when I got there the owner the guy at the register took my order I said can I place a order he said yes but I believe we out of the chicken I told him I wanted the bbq tenderloin he said yes we still have it ! I was surprised cause the mean waitress on the phone said differently which is why they getting this bad review they are usually a good restaurant but today the service was awful because of one person who didn’t wanna take a order over the phone !

Like stepping back in time. So glad we stopped here on the way thru town. I almost expected Andy Griffith to stroll thru the door. Plate lunch is awesome. Fried pork chop is a fantastic choice. Plenty of food, super friendly people, low prices. Searching for an excuse to go back!

All this and two drinks for only $13!! This was an incredible meal and the server was sweet and attentive. A great stop on our way through Mississippi.
