I asked for a side of extra nashville hot sauce with both. they said they don't give sides of extra sauce, they just eat the extra soss in the container with the spells. So I told her it was okay. we're coming home, and no one has an order. my diet coke was irrigated and the pommes were cold. also workers are not very friendly. they do as if they could hate their job and take care less. in any case, they do not want to return to a place where I spend my money and are treated badly and with respect.
Came in on a Sunday had food ready when I walked in with only like a 2 minute wait. Staff was fast and friendly and the food was delicious compared to any other kfc in the area. Highly recommend this location! Over great experience .
A well-run franchise. service is fast and efficient I would recommend this kfc at any time!
Didn't feel welcome couldn't understand them barely spoke English food was cold and hard very displeased with it all
I've lived in this area for 12 years now and see this building go from Carl's Jr, to Dukes, and now KFC. It seems to be a tough location to get business. Visiting the day I did, validated that theory. While I've been through the drive-thru a couple of times, we decided to eat inside as we were heading to Costco. We were the only ones in the place, and could only see 2 employees. The place was extremely clean and very open feeling, which was a contrast to Dukes which felt cramped. I'm sure it's partially due to Covid as tables were still marked to keep social distancing intact, but it almost felt sparse and bare. We were helped right away, and the food didn't take long to prepare. You can self-serve your drinks, but are asked for a new cup if you want a free refill. (I'm actually OK with this and wouldn't mind if this practice hung around for a while. I know there's a chicken shortage, but the 2 chicken breasts we ordered seemed smaller than we're used to. Otherwise, the food was exactly what you expect for KFC. One thing I've never understood about KFC, in general, is they only give you one napkin per person. Don't they know they serve the greasiest food of any fast food restaurant in the world? We had to go ask for more, but the 2 employees were chillin' in the dining room. I had to ask one of them to get up to grab me some more napkins. I guess it's better than the employees hanging out in whatever break room there might be where you couldn't see them but still weird.
