The dessert never came. We also ordered a few Prime Rib Specials. We didn't expect too much, but the quality was extremely bad. The bathrooms were also a disaster. If you are looking for somewhere in Yucaipa, save your money and go somewhere else. I have no idea how they have so many stars. Very disappointed In the quality, in the whole experience, and the lack of success by employees and management.
Your customer service is good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was mediocre at best. This is a shame, because the last times I visited here was good, but the quality has fallen. felt like anything but rice could have been bought at the bargain in the grocery store. I don't expect three stars Michelin Restaurant quality, but I had better food in other local fast food joints nearby.
This restaurant is always a great place to eat?. You can also enjoy the ball games at the bar. The only disappointment was my beer. I'm asking for salt to forget the rim and the bartender. So I sent it back and how you can see in the pictures and I got short video back. Very disappointed? a lot of foam too.
I visited 3 times last month and ordered online once. My first visit was good. My burger, onion rings pleasant, service just ok. Had to ask for ketchup, mustard twice, cutlery, salt (finally only taken from another table). Never again on my soda, as empty, had to find our server. I just drank my water. On my two other visits after I was completely disappointed. Service was not existent. Waited a long time at the door to welcome and sit. The burger both times not medium, but very well made. Nobody checked back. Not silverware again. Is this something? No refills on soda. (All my visits during the week and the restaurant was not busy). The last visit when I asked after my check, the server dropped the check and went away. I looked at my bill and it was for a party of 4 and four times my actual bill. I had to find my server and show her. It took a couple to fix it. She never asked how my food or visit was. I had only eaten half and left the rest. My order was totally disappointing. There is no option online to change your burger. I wasn't able to remove items I don't like, like 1000 Island Dressing, Tomatoes, or add ketchup and mustard. And no, they won't give you in the bag if you don't ask. When I did, it took the young lady to find a while. I'm sorry I'm done. Basic customer service does not appear here.
Look your bill over carefully. The food is okay. It seemed to take a long time and yet there were plenty of staff. When I got the check, there was a dish and a drink added to the bill that we did not order or receive. The waiter couldn't provide an explanation for how it happened. I asked that it be taken off and immediately he instead offered gift cards to reimburse for the amount. Seems like something screwy is going on here. Just be sure to look at your bill carefully.
