Starbucks - Yuma

This has to be my favorite Starbucks location! ???? All the employees are so friendly, they make fantastic drinks, and they work hard to remember your name! Brought them some lunch during the holidays and they returned the favor by bring some drinks to my workplace?so KIND! This Starbucks has a good group of people. ??YES on Drive-thru. NO on dine-in. YES on take-out. YES on patio dining. YES on ordering ahead online! ???? I always get a mocha w/ coconut milk OR an iced latte w/ coconut milk 2 pumps of toffee nut syrup ???? Employees are masked ???? but always smiling ????

This time I decided to go inside the store because drive thru was packed. I ordered with ahead of time with the application. 6 minutes later I asked for my order, and it was not even been done! Gladly they got to it as soon as they knew about my order. But anyways, starbucks is getting bad in service.

Customer service was awesome. The cashier (red haired, latina lady) was amazing. She very great, spoke to us, polite, upbeat, just an all around happy animated person. Made you feel like you were the most important person. It is people like her that makes you want to come back!

I wanna said thanks to the staff, I got my drink this morning and I don?t know who did it, but it was amazing it really made my day. Thanks y?all

Always the best customer service. Every time I?ve been there, the baristas are friendly, always smiling and engage in conversation with you while you wait. Great training!
