Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWorst Panera I've been to altho I always like their food. However.... Limited selections. Counter staff is apathetic. Cashier was too busy on her phone to acknowledge that I wanted to buy something and when I finally got her attention she was so clueless as to the shelf products I had to point and explain what I wanted... 3 times. After asking if I wanted cream cheese on the LOAF of bread I was trying to purchase, I just walked out.
I went thru the drive-through to get a pick 2 combo, soup, and half sandwich. I really like the turkey avocado blt. I usually get it with the broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was pretty good, but when I opened the sandwich up, it wasn't what I was expecting. It was on a sliced bread instead of a baguette, which was ok, but the bacon was ground up and just disgusting. Normally it is sliced bacon. It was half cooked and kind of gristle. The greens were not good either. It was clear whoever made the sandwich wasn't really caring much about their job. It was inedible, and I threw it away. So, I spent just under $13 for a cup of soup and piece of baguette. I had noticed that this location wasn't quite up to snuff last time I was there, but that had been awhile. So now, I guess I won't be patronizing them at all. The 2 is because the soup was ok. Also, a tip jar at the drive-through window is a bit much, imho.
I don't often give out 1 star reviews but for a store that advertises itself to be a bakery, they CONSTANTLY run out of simple items like cookies anywhere from 3 to 6 pm when they are open until 9. There have been other times that I try to visit and they're out of regular menu items too. I keep trying to give this place a chance but unless i go before 3pm i will be disappointed.
Always have a good experience here. Service is fast, usually quite clean, cool temps on a hot day, quiet, and food is good.
I love the chicken avocado sandwich (can not remind me of the exact title, lol.) it is really good. my favorite thing. the service is good, not so traditional, the structure of the restaurant is simply different. I like the traditional environment better, but that's just me and doesn't affect how good it is. it will always eat one of my favorite places in zanesville.
