3 Issues during this mid January 2023 visit. Shrimp Gritz seasonal dish savory grits barely covered the bottom of the plate. Our daughter was so hungry I told her to continue eating her Birthday Dinner as we waited for any staff to return to our table which took a long time). By that time, our waitress brought the manager who gave us 50% off the $32 meal. In the past, they would have given us 100% off and 1 to go...but this is a sign of the times. He offered a tepid additional attempt to salvage our business by offering her a small plate of grits, she accepted. We used to come to Stone Creek Zionsville for Birthdays and special events...however, this will be our LAST TIME. I had a Loyalty Card that prior to leaving my last dinner had over 900 points "so close to receiving $100 Gift Card in the mail for all your visits! When I asked for them to check my card and I had asked their Corporate Team prior to this dining trip), I only had 40 points. : Nobody has told me who used that Gift Card for $100 or if my points mysteriously expired? Used to leave room for desserts...don 't bother! Their bread pudding ordered 2) were both VERY DRY like a brick of bread), not warmed, and lacked the signature Whiskey Sauce that used to billow onto the plate...such a disappointing way to conclude our dining experience. We had a fantastic night out! The service was much better than our last visit. The food was served at the perfect temperature, and the house salads were a noticeable improvement (check out the picture). There’s always a great selection of wines and cocktails. I ordered a Luxardo Old Fashioned, but I wasn't very happy with it.
