The staff are rude and service is very slow but they expect you to pay top dollar. Bouncers are rude and don't give a damn about their patrons and more interested in starting pissing contests with their customers that are respectful and calm. Very short tempered and no verbal skills at all. Never spending my hard earned cash here ever again.

Since new management has taken over the camp services have gone down hill. If I could give no stars I would. They have become very expensive which I understand is to compensate for the maintenance of the facilities but there's a lack of services. For the past two years there's always a no bus service the last 2 weeks. I paid for 8 weeks of busing and got got 5 weeks. As a working parent am relying on the camp to meet their end of the contract but they don't. The trip are places I take my kids to like the local zoo and not worth the money they require for trips. In the past trips were to Coney Island, Camp Getaway for 2 days. I understand that covid has changed things but that should not impact the quality of service that you are presently advertising. At this point this camp is a glorified babysitter.

Una comida a más de 120€ por cabeza para terminar teniendo una mala noche siendo comido constantemente por mosquitos. Por otro lado, el servicio es impecable y el ajuste agradable.
