Initially I thought this did them a great disservice but...to be honest now I realise they have such a wonderful local following that I doubt they need to promote themselves more widely as they won't fit everyone! The person we had looking after us was an absolute dream. She made it all so enjoyable. I don't know if it is her business or she is an employee but what an incredible sense of humour and fantastic service. She totally nailed it. We ate so many different sticks and just kept ordering and I think we probably went through every single option on the menu between four of us! That might be an exaggeration but what is amazing is that we loved every serving as much as the next no favourites, EVERYTHING scrumptious! The only thing we missed seeing on the menu was kawa (the crispy chicken skin) sticks that we enjoyed a few times in Japan that stuff is decadent. PLEASE add to the menu?! Also whilst the side of greens that we ordered packed more taste than any green veg dish I think we have eaten in ANY country, I would still have liked to see a few veg options on the skewers some peppers??? Not that I am complaining about the meat fest! Next time we would like to sit at the counter I think (didn't work with 4) as the ONLY actual criticism I would have about the booth seats was that they were so hard and the cushions are not really sufficient. A tiny tiny issue for an amazing night. Amazing to think this little authentic treasure is tucked away in Melbourne Street. Congrats on a fantastic offering.

Is this specialized in Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian or Japanese cuisine? here you can order dishes from north to south Asia. what you didn't get is an authentic... leer más Is this specialized in Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian or Japanese cuisine? here you can order dishes from north to south Asia. what you didn't get is an authentic dish. tried the pad thai and fried rice here. the pad thai is the worst thing I've ever tried. not sweet, salty or sour the three measurements of a real pad thai. the chicken meat laid in the pad thai was stabbed and discouraged. no other protein was in the dish. the fried rice had the wok hei, but it is about dry, tasteless, burned rice with small pieces of stir and small pieces of meat. a waste of money, as eating was so bad that I didn't even finish 20% of the pad thai and wait the rest away.

Interestingly, there were a lot of people who were so hopeful that they were happy, but I was sure not and will not be back.

The coffee is always great, but yesterday the regular barista was missing. She is a main reason we keep coming back to this place. lv'e never come across a more genuinely nice or happier morning person. We will still come back for our usual Saturday morning coffee, but hopefully our usual barista will be back, too.
