La Table du Luxembourg has an excellent location and although the weather did not help, it was raining heavily, forcing us to eat inside, it was a...very satisfying lunch. Quite a few tourists and the staff were perfectly happy speaking English. The standard of service was very good, we had a prix fixe meal that was excellent value. Food quality was good, had a perfectly pleasant glass of rose from Provence, and a cheese plate that was simply excellent with at least six different cheeses. It was a very enjoyable lunch and I would go back again. However, drinks can be very expensive, so you need to watch that.
