The food came out and it was fresh, had a simple clean tase to it (got the lunch special with the pork/rice/beans/salad). Tried the empanadas (just like the ones I had in DR)and sampled the desert. Lunch special was about 12$ on its own. To me this is reasonable, (this isn?t chik-fil-a it?s not fastfood, both in cost or in quality)

Thought to myself, maybe if I grab somechips, that?ll signal that I want to order. Still no movement to help, even from another lady dressed in black that kept comingup front to do tasks. I was about to say something when the girl close to me took off her gloves and walked towards the firstregister and helped a couple who had arrived after me. When they were done, she started helping someone behind them. There?sstill a young man 4 feet away from me that never moved to assist or even acknowledge me. I spoke up and asked if there was areason she skipped over me. She motioned to the counter in front of her. I said I only moved over to be sure you saw me becauseI wasn?t being helped. At this point, she rolled her eyes at me. That was enough. Not one single word was spoken to me. It?s ashame because this used to be a great place. It?s one thing when an understaffed team is trying to help everyone. It?s anotherthing when you have a customer literally under your nose and you refuse to assist her. All that needed to be said was ?I?m sosorry. I didn?t realize you were waiting? or something to that effect. I left and spent my hard earned money elsewhere and Iencourage the same from others.
