We ha... leer más Went here for dinner on one evening in Palermo. The setting of this restaurant is beautiful with a slightly rustic but classy decor inside the restaurant. We had the ragu pasta and clams pasta for the Primi course, followed by Fritto Misto and the red prawns for mains which were incredible. We also went for the dessert which included 5 different types of Sicilian desserts which was good as we got a flavour of all of the local desserts. Service was top and I would highly recommend this restaurant to any lovers of seafood.

We had the caponata, arancini and calamari for antipasti, followed by an anchovy pasta and squid ink pasta for our main course. The food was good and the menu choice was fantastic but I wouldn’t say the food was amazing in comparison to some of the other food I have had in Palermo so far. Service was relatively standard but the value for money and prices were good. Overall, a good experience but there is better Sicilian food elsewhere.

We were enticed by a very interesting ice cream menu which had a variety of interesting flavours notably Pastel de Nata ice cream, Egg Yolk ice cream and Cheese with Pumpkin jam ice cream. I decided to go for Pastel de Nata ice cream considering I love the custard tarts. The ice cream was good but I couldn’t taste the custard tart too much. We also got some tomato and mozzarella empanadas which were pretty average. The food was pretty pricey, and combined with the above, I gave a 4 star rating.
