We both ordered coffee, and even though they had one cup's worth left of old coffee, they offered us both fresh. The donuts tasted very fresh. They also clued us in to how to get our order more cheaply. Both the people working there were super helpful and friendly. There is also a Baskin-Robbins in there with lots of delicious looking ice creams! The coffee is fantastic. :D

Whether it was the temperature or the general lack of seasoning (minus the salty ham) I was not overly impressed. The pop-over was dry and wasn?t served warm, so the smidgeon of strawberry butter that accompanied it didn?t melt on the pastry. The coffee was hot and delicious. Service was okay, but not particularly attentive. My friend?s dish arrived warm, but she also commented on the lack of seasoning. When originally looking at the menu we had both planned to order a pastry to go, but decided against it after receiving our food. I might try this place again to see if I have a different experience the second time around , but at this point I don?t plan to hurry back.

Not sure how the average rating on this place is as low. We stopped playing at Top Golf and everyone enjoyed it. Large TVs, a huge beer selection, great waiting staff and really good food. The table had Fish Chips, Wraps, Chicken Cheese Steak and I had the Hot Spicy Chicken Strips with Fries. They come in quantities of 8, 16 and slightly larger. 8 is a lot! The Hot Spicy BBQ is a thick sticky sauce with a little spice in the aftertaste. The chicken is tender and the bread is crispy, but moist. I look forward to a new basement location!

We were never contacted before or after to explain. Our small company Christmas party had to be moved across the parking lot to Olivella's at the last moment. Very disappointing.

No booths, no chairs without armrests, no bench outside even. Nothing.Honestly, I cant think of any other place like this nowadays.The food is ok. It's not bad, not amazing. But having no where to sit is really frustrating... Especially since they've had this setup for years and know by now that a lot of their customers can't sit down. They just don't care.
