I placed an online order at 1238p, arrived at the location around 1245pm (pulled up to the online order pick up window), my or... leer más Wish I could leave ZERO STARS!!!! I placed an online order at 1238p, arrived at the location around 1245pm (pulled up to the online order pick up window), my order was marked ready at 1255pm. I sat there until 1:16pm. Nobody came to the window at all. No signs anywhere saying they don't use the window. NOTHING. So I call as I'm leaving, now late for work and tell the guy who answered that I didn't have time to wait any longer for someone to acknowledge me sitting there at the window, and if they could just give me a credit for the order and I would pick it up tomorrow And the guy wanted to argue with me on the phone and say they don't use the online pick up window when they're busy that you have to come inside and pick up your order. I was unable to come into the restaurant that's why I specifically placed a pick up order at that location because of the drive-through window. I've worked in busy restaurants before I get it. I know what it's like, I get it they only had two people working but the guy had plenty of time to go back and sit there and text on his phone which I could see through the window so that means they had plenty of time to at least open the online pick up window and say hey listen we're busy. Can you come inside and pick up your order. None of that was ever done. Instead, I was completely ignored and then when I called I got nothing but attitude from this guy. I will wait 2 to 3 business days for my refund and I will make it a point to not go back to that location at all. Which I get it I'm one Customer out of 100 so they don't care whether or not I come back but it just annoys me that even if you're busy someone could've been like hey just come inside and pick up your order. Service here SUCKS!!
