We had to talk to a few people to get what we wanted, had to follow up when one of the foods didn't arrive and apparently they missed it. The table was full of dishes and no waiter was cleaning up. I had to offload to the next table. No follow up on how things are going or offering a dessert menu. Definitely NOT recommended. Poor management as well. 2 star for the effort.

The regular burger was well enjoyed and juicy even when cooked “well” Fries are super crispy and tasty. I can see why people like it here. But the NY hospitality is no joke. Staff are down right moody, can’t crack a smile and when you ask them if there is a bathroom they just yell the code at you in a very annoyed crabby down right unwelcome tone. Server is also extremely miserable. I kind of feel really bad for them that they are so unhappy.

I never had an egg sandwich with such an overpowering smell of egg before. It stunk in the car on the way home, and it's now stinking up the garbage can in my home. Not a good sign.
