There were chunks of cream in it, very strange texture, almost like cream cheeze. They had some fun and weird flavors to try, like goat cheese with guava. They make their flavors by pouring in goop from questionable looking mason jars. It was a cute spot and fun to watch the nitrogen action, but we like the taste and quality of other ice cream much much better. The best part was the smell of the fresh waffle bowl cones. We won’t be back, but it was fun to give it a try.
