I ordered a pizza with their automated service that obviously wasn't at the actual store.. they charged me twice and then reversed the order twice.. tried to contact the manager for over an hour that was at the actual store.. when I finally got in touch with him he was completely unconcerned with my frustration and ended up hanging up on me.. being in a field of complete customer service this is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Obviously reading other reviews.. you might want to consider getting a NEW manager! So sorry that you have a problem keeping employees but I would completely think at that point it was the management. Worst experience ever

Drinks are super tasty and the staff is a joy to converse with and they know their whiskey!
