We had the escargot served Papa style de shelled and in a cream sauce, the formule (set menu for entree, dessert and coffee) Everything was delicious needless to say. Pictures from left to right : Escargot Papa and chicken and cheese Au gratin. This was more than enough for 2. The apple tart however had cold spots and was not thoroughly warmed all the way through.

My first sip of the juice came off a bit strong but a couple of drops of lemon squeezes fixed that. I also had the tuna tartar and my fascination still continues. The marinade is bold and robust. There is no shy in seasoning here at all. The flavor combination threw me off abit with the pink peppercorn and the coriander seeds but overall a great way to showcase fresh fish.
