Highlights include the crispy pork belly the flavoursome hoisin sauce!! <br/ <br/ MISS JAPANESE AVOCADO <br/ Beetroot purée, crumb danish feta, cherry tomatoes, sweet potato chips, pumpkin ginger purée, pickled ginger, mirin dressing served on multi grain sourdough! A show stopping pimped up avocado dish presented so beautifully inviting! Crispy, creamy acidic this dish was well balanced on so many level! A perfect dish for a vegetarian or just anyone who loves smashed avo! There is also the option to add a poached egg Bacon if that’s what your heart desires too <br/ <br/ THE FRENCH TOAST<br/ White choc crumb, taro mascarpone, Raspberry coulis, mango coulis, pistachio, chocolate mousse seasonal fresh fruits! WOW was this stunning spongy brioche bread accompanied by some sweet, smooth, silky crunchy elements! <br/ <br/ Thanks so much for hosting us today Syndicate Room!
