Belleair Shore Beach public beach access and parking lot is only for residents of the Bellair Shore Island Community with parking permits and not open to the public unfortunately. Visitors that are not residents of the Belleair Shore community can get a parking ticket for parking here. There is no beach parking available for non-residents anywhere on Bellair Shore Beach unfortunately. There are resident only parking allowed signs everywhere. Belleair Shore holds the title for the smallest and most exclusive town in Florida, in both size and population. The Belleair Shore community consists of approximately 55 private homes along the Gulf of Mexico, west of Gulf Boulevard and just north of Indian Rocks Beach. Belleair Shore offers a community of 100% residential homes. Belleair Shore has no businesses, stores, restaurants, schools, churches, or even gas stations. Belleair Shore is an extremely quaint neighborhood where the most noise you 'll be likely to hear is the gentle whoosh of the Gulf of Mexico at your door and the chirping of seagulls at your window. Another very unique feature of Belleair Shore is that every home is gulf front and all share Gulf Boulevard addresses. Bellair Shore Beach has 3 private resident only Parking lots with public beach access. There are showers available but no bathrooms, no waterfront restaurants, no waterfront beach bars, no hotels, no beach chair rentals, no jet ski rentals, and no kayak rentals. Bellair Shore Beach has a surprisingly long prohibited list which includes umbrellas, tents, bicycles, jetskis, motorized vehicles, non motorized vehicles, food, cooking appliances, alcohol, dogs. As an alternative to this beach, North of Belleair Shore beach, non-residents can park at Morgan Beach Park at Belleair Beach for $15 for a max of 3 hours. Indian rocks beach, South of this beach and Sand Key 's Bay Park, North of this beach both offer free parking and have waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend visiting neighboring beaches Sand Key Beach or Indian Rocks beach instead of this beach.
