The service team for brunch both times have been a young crew who appear to not have a huge amount of serving experience- not in a negative way at all just obvious. What I find charming is that what they lack in experience they make up for in heart. You can truly feel their desire to make your meal better and to get it right?. And they do it very well. Be patient, be nice, be a good customer. Jason has served us twice and perfect both times. The food speaks for itself. Elegantly presented, great flavor, and fresh! We can?t wait to try dinner or one of their special events.

The cocktails at around were also ordinary. The service was friendly enough but we won't be going back as living in Richmond we can access much better places.To put it simply, Academy is not living up to the ever developing high culinary standards of it's area.
