La sopa de frijoles negros tenía esta fantástica combinación de ingredientes que no he encontrado en ningún otro lugar que no sea en la cocina de mi abuela. Esa sopa, por sí sola, valió la pena el viaje. El aperitivo de pez espada estuvo muy bueno y el pisco sour fue fantástico (lo sé, el pisco sour no es mexicano, pero en cualquier caso, fue muy refrescante y perfectamente mezclado).
