The food is delicious, flavoured and textured perfectly, and the drinks are incredible. The staff is super friendly and despite the busy-ness, not pushy or anything. Absolutely will eat here again when visiting Düsseldorf in the future!

We started off with the Escargot au Beurre d?Ail Anise and a French Onion Soup to share ? both were really flavorful and warm,the soup was sweet and cheesy, and the escargot were buttery and paired well with the crispy bread. We ordered the hangar steakfor dinner, with the choice of either a peppercorn sauce or a shallot sauce (we got both! and a side of mushrooms and potatoes.The steak was so tender and cooked perfectly, and both of the sides were delicious and a great accompaniment to the steak. Wealso each had a glass of wine. Only complaint was that our dinners came out a little cold, like they?d been sitting out for awhile. Our meal was great and I think the price was reasonable for the area and how much we ordered, I?d come back again!

The chowder was pretty standard and definitely warmed me up as it was starting to rain. The lobsterroll was delicious, served with butter on the side to use as I?d like. I appreciated that the roll came with a heaping servingof fries which were perfectly crispy and salty. MP was $28, but with the choice of side, it was definitely worth theprice. Unfortunately they were out of their blueberry pie, which they usually get from a local baker ? I?ll have to make my wayback for that!
