I must be a glutton for punishment. The place looks great, the staff are great! The food is lazy, and over pricedfor standard off the GFS truck stuff. Peppercorn sirloin pasta was my choice and it was regrettable after is was placed in frontof me. Then I bit into it. Tasteless pasta drenched in what seems like a watered down gravy that also had no taste. Naturally Iapply salt, and pepper. Then I tried a piece of the salt preserved sirloin, and just about gave myself high blood pressureissues. I sent it back and got a Cajun chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was good but the salad was like Caesar soup. There wasso much sauce in the salad that I simply gave up, and abandoned my dinner. Gave the credit card to the wife and waited outsideas they had already finished there dinner well before I had received my soup. Menu, or recipe issues will not bring me back.

The salami tasted like a cheap salami from the “JA!” brand. Which she probably was and that's why she was cut up like that. It is ridiculous! After several telephone conversations to find out why I was being sold such a cheap product, I was just rejected instead of getting a sensible answer, which just adds to the top of the whole mess. Service is a -5/5!

There is no partition to stop the cold air from outside coming into restaurant so constantly staff in and out creating cold environment. Food portions are that of a tasting menu..... prices are very steep for what you get. Wife's apple terrine was size of 50p piece for £8.50. They have a long way to go to warrant charging fine dining London prices. Service and overall quality needs to be raised to warrant the pricing. Also dont want to be told sorry we are closing for a few weeks hence running down stock..... does that mean you the prices are less ? Has massive potential just needs to have its game raised and portions increased or make tasting menus to warrant the cost. Service: 3
