10.02.2024 - 07:25The ladies themselves are fantastic! This negative review is not about them. It is about the fact that the store must be mismanaged. They are always out of something or unable to make something for one reason or another. Now I may be uninformedabout their supply situation but other fast food chains and even other Bojangles have everything they need, yet this location isalways out or unprepared. Yesterday I was trying to get serious and a biscuit meal and I was told it would be 30 minutes to cookchicken. We're they not prepared?

08.06.2023 - 10:22This has been the worst experience I 've had with bojangles. I ordered 3 wing combos with 3 lemonades. Ms.Brooke that was taking my order had to ask my order at least 5 times because of the distractions in the back.When we get to the window they only had enough wings for 2 boxes so I said the other box can be a leg and breast. They hand me my food with no drinks. So I 'm waiting and the guy that hands us the food ask what are we waiting for. I said my drinks he states that no drinks come with wing combos. I said ok add my drinks I will pay for them. So after spending $27 on food alone it was another $7 for the drinks. And then I hear the manager in the back say What is she waiting on now she has been sitting there entirely to long GET HER OUT OF HERE if Brooke would have taken my order right i wouldnt have been waiting so long this was not a very nice visit. Very rude and unpleasant. I spent $30+ and that 's how the manager speaks about her customers

26.04.2023 - 18:41Unfortunately, there is not much good here to say about my visit. I went through the drive-thru and it started with the buyer explaining why he couldn't ring in my order. I told him how other shops did it and we moved on. They needed a little more time to cook part of my order, which I know happens quite a bit, so I pulled out of the way. After some time and at least 6-7 cars accepted their order. I went in and the article I was waiting for sat in the warmer, with my order lost in the hoses on the window. I asked about my order and the manager came from behind. She ordered one of the workers to grab the article that I was waiting for and to overthrow the bag without apology and as if I disturbed her. I checked before I left and I missed something. I asked about it and both the manager and the cashier questioned me so I showed them the reception. Another bag was thrown to me without apology. I do not agree that the customer is always correct, but we pay for goods and a certain amount of service. It was very clean and most of my order was right when I came home (wrong cookies), but unfortunately did not return.

26.04.2023 - 18:41I have worked in the food industry for years am very understanding. I know my food will probably be cold by the time I get home or sometimes things get forgotten, but this isn?t okay even for me. The lettuce was so soggy it felt like a wet napkin, tomato was so unripe/rock hard, the cheese wasn?t melted. With the lettuce being soggy you can?t blame it on the hot sandwich bc if the sandwich was hot the cheese would be melted, so what happened? My orders during breakfast never get messed up. side note: my biscuit is practically raw but that?s less of an issue bc I at least saw that one before biting it and getting disappointed

26.04.2023 - 17:5008/28/2022 visit. What exactly is it with the employees in this place,with the taking what we give you settings? ... I ordered the #12 on the drive thru with an extra piece of dark meat. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the employee until she got it right.. I come into the window and ask the young man to repeat my order and again! No extra piece of dark meat.. I had to repeat the correct order twice and so I thought they had it right. NOPE!... They wanted to send me out with the wrong order and their apology was, we didn't have the extra piece of dark meat. So, MY POINT IS THESE!. No matter what the customer orders, it's perfectly fine, it's with the wrong order in which I mentioned... Another problem!. Is Bojangles with pigeons instead of chickens?, I have never seen pieces that are small for what they load... I am extremely angry and disappointed by Bojangle's food quality and the sheer ignorance of his employees... Bojangles!... We pay you to eat in your facility, not vice versa and we earn as customers #1 Good Quality Food #2 Excellent customer service in which I never get in your facility... Unfortunate for you, I do not support any stupidity or ignorance that I receive and I will never return to this business or any bojangles sites, as you take care of so little about customer satisfaction and I sincerely hope that you will go out of business.. Bless your hearts!.

26.04.2023 - 09:47I?ve seen two cockroaches inside and some ants. Ever since Fidel left, the service and my experience at this location has been terrible. I have received the wrong order, missing stuff from my order. Most of the employees here are rude and look like they don?t even want to be there. Fidel was always kind and helpful. Since Fidel left I have been there a total of 3 times. Once, I received someone else?s order, another time one of the employees threw a bunch of sauces in my dads face, and the other time they employee at the drive thru was super rude and gave me cold food.
