I was flying after I had the Ethiopian FP. FLYING. Banana Bread: lovely. As a note, they don 't really serve their breakfast foods until around 10am when backup reinforcement staff arrives. Fair enough, I settled on the banana bread and was quite happy with it...very moist and filling, a generous hunk. The wifi is free and fairly reliable and there is a lot of room in the side front room and back to sit down comfortably on a couch. Not any desk/table setups (more lounging), but if you can adequately work from your lap you 'll be AOK. The same girl has waited on me twice, and while not overly friendly...is very efficient and manages to pull off visible brasseire in a way that looks not only intentional, but stylish. I approve. Just became my favorite coffee spot in Prenzlauer Berg, especially after I spied the apt looking fruhstuck plates as I departed. Next time...I start later (930am) with a rocket powered French Press, followed by the breakfast plate at 10am. This may be the recipe for a fabulous day, every day. Winner, winner.
