I asked if they had roasted chicken, she huffed out that is the other location. Never said which location. So I asked what they do have and she got annoyed and said they just have fried chicken. Mean while the menu states otherwise. I asked if I could get the pork chop sandwich. Which she just asked if I just wanted the sandwich. I said yes. She really acted like she didn’t want me there. In which I assure I will not ever go back. When the sandwich was ready she shook the bad like she was calling a dog. I have never had a pork chop sandwich that had the bone in. It was over cooked because they refried it. No condiments on it. It was as dry as the service. I heard the owners were going to close all locations due to them retiring. This one should close. I don’t know about the other location. Not willing to go out of my way to find out. The food and service used to be A LOT better.

Tonight not only did I receive my order wrong but the lettuce was completely 100% soggy which makes these subs almost slimy and the lettuce pulls apart and rest on your lips after each bite which is absolutely revolting. Another complaint I have with this chain as a whole is that if you do not finish your sandwhich during your sitting it will no longer be good after 15 min. Honestly I'd save your money and get some lunch meat from Publix.

We were in Sandestin over Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed our Friday night there. We always enjoy the music that's provided. The overall service, food, and ambiance is very good. We look forward to our next trip to the area and coming again.

There were only 2 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru and they had already ordered, so we pulled straight up to the drive-thru menu and proceeded to order 2 meals. We didn't order anything crazy or make any unusual or excessive changes to either meal, yet the girl taking our order kept saying it back wrong over and over and still gave us wrong items when we finally got to the window. The 2 cars ahead of us didn't have large orders either yet it took us almost 15 minutes to get to the window after we ordered. Just feel that it took entirely too long and too many errors were made especially when there were only 3 customers there including us and all 3 in the drive-thru. Maybe next time will go a little better....
