I drove back to... leer más This Chipotle is by far the worst of the 3 Erie-area Chipotles. Tonight I ordered food for my family of 5, and items were missing from my order. I drove back to the store, only to have the manager rudely argue with me and claim they were in peaktime (um, at almost 730? and she could not afford to go make vinaigrette since most people don 't want it any way. One of myitems on order was a salad, of course I wanted the vinaigrette! I told her I would have understood if I had been told at time ofpick up, but I was not told. After I came home a second time, my mom then found some rotten lettuce mixed in to her salad. Iwas so excited for a Chipotle to come to Harborcreek, but with the rude manager and the often-missed items and bad packaging, Iwill drive clear across town to one of the other two locations before going to this one ever again.

Get rid of themcustomer service sucks. And jojos are super tiny for the price and always dry and hard . I?m sorry but someone had to saysomething. Now the cashiers are always polite, helpful and quick besides the fact they ask if you have a friendship card and nodetails how to get one , weird. I?d recommend going down the street to the chicken place or even Rally?s it?s definitely betterthan this place?.1 star for the Cashiers.

I had specified no mushrooms on my burger a couple of times throughout the order toemphasize the fact that I wanted no mushrooms. The burger came with mushrooms so I sent it back. They brought out a new burger but when I lifted the bun I saw that all they did was scrape off the mushrooms and give me a new bun. Totally unprofessional.

I have to say this is the best place for breakfast and lunch. Not only is everything fresh in business, but the environment I experienced every time I visit is... leer más I have to say this is the best place for breakfast and lunch. Not only is everything fresh in business, but the environment I experienced every time I visit is always friendly and family oriented. The tomatoes basil soup (house made) with Bonnie's freshly baked Italian bread, which is used with the grilled cheese sandwiches (the 5 different cheeses on it) is by far my favorite, but only a drop in the bucket for everything they offer. You also do birthday, wedding, graduation cake of all kinds. I have 5 daughters and everyone gets their cakes from here. The best part is only Bonnie to get a picture or an idea and let her go, she will never disappoint.

I parked into a parking spot half hour goes by and so I call inside and ask if they remembered I was out here they said oh yeah we're bagging it up now.. 5 plus more minutes goes by nothing. Now during all this they are servicing car after car after car in the drive-through while I'm just sitting there Waiting. Go inside finally cause I had enough after 40 minutes of waiting and I was told to wait another 2 mins because my fries weren't done?!?! I literally waited 40 mins already for 20 min chicken! Also watched them bag all my stuff bc yeah they hadn't got it ready at all! Ridiculous
