We were in Blaye for one of our bi-annual wine tasting trips. This year we visited on a Monday, not realising that virtually everything in Blaye centre is close... leer más We were in Blaye for one of our bi-annual wine tasting trips. This year we visited on a Monday, not realising that virtually everything in Blaye centre is closed for the day, so beware if you're planning a trip! In the evening we ate at this beautiful restaurant. The setting is stunning, even taking into account the new covid guidance for restaurants. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very service oriented. The whole atmosphere gave the restaurant a very good ambiance, quietly romantic and spacious. We both ate the foie gras followed by the magret de canard and we were not disappointed by either dishes. Not just in terms of taste, but also in terms of presentation, it really was excellent, so a huge thank you to the staff and management. We will return.

Estas dos torres gemelas de 82 metros de altura y 23 plantas se encuentran a los pies del Zubizuri, diseñado por el arquitecto Calatrava. La unión de estas dos obras arquitectónicas llevó a Calatrava a demandar al ayuntamiento, demanda que ganó.
