12.09.2023 - 18:41We've visited La Gattaiola 3 times now and if you stick to the traditional tuscan dishes, order your antipasto as a starter you can't go wrong. Lambchops from the gril or the double filet with cheese and truffel are so good. Simply order some grilled artichokes and roasted potatoes on the side and for desert home made tiramisu or the pinenut desert are to die for. Oke their english is not to great but try to communicate and it you will be treated on a limocello at the end of your meal!!

04.08.2023 - 13:56We had a tasting evening here with a tour group there were 29 of us, so it was very crowded. A good range of wine and food was served. The shop is not a restaurant rather a delicatessen. It has an amazing range of local produce, fresh and preserved, and it was interesting to see what was available. We bought some myrtle chutney to bring home to New Zealand. If you are interested in food then it is worth visiting this shop if you are in Calvi, to look at all the produce
