The service at this location is terrible. They never tend to get their online orders right. It's either something is missing or they provide you with something... leer más The service at this location is terrible. They never tend to get their online orders right. It's either something is missing or they provide you with something different from your order- it never fails. I returned my order today and asked for a refund since my entire families order was wrong and/or missing items. The explanation provided by Chipotle was that they ran out of items that we requested in the order, meaning they completed my order knowing it was wrong/incomplete. Furthermore, they allowed me to pick up my order and leave without notifying me of the issues. The employee at Chipotle confirmed their business practice was to complete online orders regardless if they don't have the items. They will try to provide an alternative but if the alternative is not available, they will remove that item from your order. I'm truly done giving this place business, it's not worth my time or the frustration.

The choices for pizza are awesome and it tasted great. But I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. The guy running the oven was the same way. Never looked my way, never acknowledged me and never smiled. The bathroom was low on toilet paper and the trays were stacked high above the trash even though there was not a lot going on in the restaurant. There also were no half pizza boxes stacked in their normal place and when I asked the lady behind the counter for one she said I'll see if we have one even though I could see three stacks of them behind her on the counter. If service doesn't matter to you then eat here for pizza. However if you like friendly people and good food try the Blaze on Washtenaw.
