It was late in the day and most places where closed for food as it was late on a sunday afternoon. The george were welcoming and friendly and managed to squeeze us in at the end of service far to my girlfriends relife as she was starting to get hangry and i had left the holy water and crosses needed to subdue her at home. The food was good and very well priced and the veg was fresh and plentifull the beer was very well kept and the pub had a loverly atmosphear. I promiced the land lady i would leave her a 5 star review as they where so friendly and welcoming and i have now done it just over 6 weeks late Thank you for your hospitality and we will definatly come back on our next trip through kind regards Rory and Lisa

We were just a few hours in dead as it was the goal of our south devon railways tour. we found the city mesmerizing. there were so many quirky and wonderful caf... leer más We were just a few hours in dead as it was the goal of our south devon railways tour. we found the city mesmerizing. there were so many quirky and wonderful caffes that it was difficult to decide. at the end we landed in the anne of cleves. we had the cream tea and a pot of red bush tea. the schurke we john told, who also served us, baked himself, was pretty good. the dipped cream and the jam were pretty, both we interacted with were warm and welcoming. that had a problem with the card machine, but glad we had some money on us. we enjoyed our short visit very much.
