Many pubs have pees on their menu, which are only glorified in the ground with a baked hat, and this pub restored mine believe in the pub food community! something dramatic I know, but it was amazing. I had the cannon and the black pudding cake that was rich, delicate and tasty, and then discovered that it is actually homemade, with very local ingredients. only brilliant and at a great price. highly recommended for atmosphere, good food and quality yorkshire hospitality.

I enjoyed it too. a brilliant real ale that was crystal clear and fresh. if we were in the opposite for longer, we would definitely come back! brilliant evening!
