It was not authe... leer más Rey Azteca used to be my go-to Mexican restaurant for decent Mexican food. I went there when I worked in Chaska along with may of my coworkers. It was not authentic but it was consistent and decent. They seem to have changed ownership since I no longer recognize any of the employees. The food has taken a sharp turn downward and I no longer would recommend them. The beef burro used to have a nice char on the meat no longer. I have given them a couple chances since I thought they had a new cook and he needed to get his groove on. Not any mor no more chances. The last time I went in for lunch the salsa was watered down and tasteless had no kick at all. The refried beans looked watered down and ran on the plate, the beef chimichurri was mush with no seasoning again tasteless. Don't go unless you like tasteless food and want to be disappointed.
