However whomever is the person taking orders has absolutely no customer service skills what’s so ever. I wanted to add fantail shrimp to my order. She told me it was $6.55. I stated that the menu says clearly $4.65 She literally argued back and forth about the prices on their menu. Which I order from regularly. . After a good 3 minutes she finally let it go. Even though I had already stated that I didn’t want it anymore prior to her yelling in the phone the price multiple times. Telling me to look at the numbers. Would’ve given 5 stars but next time they should really get someone with better customer service experience to take orders. She is definitely bad for business ! And this menu is from last week so prices couldn’t have changed that fast unless I received a old menu

The associates can be under paid, there could be food shortages, or even staffing shortages. However, this place has been going down hill for years. If my review can stop just one person from wasting their time/money, then this survey was worth it. If you liked it many years ago, and noticed the food quality and staffing becoming poor then know it has not improved. We stopped eating here because of poor food quality and staffing being poor. Stop leaving food out to dry out. Stop under/over cooking rice. Please use salt on your food. The salsas were off. Hot was overly hot and the medium was sweet? If you don?t like your job, quit it, please. There are plenty of other places to work. As of writing this, nearly every place has a ?now hiring? sign. Do everyone a favor and try something else. You?re really bad at this, please stop working in a restaurant. It?s two stars because my guac was good.
