Llega la chuleta en unas brasas de cartón, quiero decir que no calentaban nada . La chuleta excesivamente cruda, yo la tomo poco asada, pero que me mire a los ojos tampoco me gusta . Sosa muy sosa, los pimientos … unos pimientos de bote a la Parilla excesivamente dulces…. El caso es que ceno y cuando me dicen que tal .,… pues les cuento lo que estoy escribiendo, mal asada la chuleta y sin sal . Contestación , me dijo que poco hecha , y así que la saca medio cruda. Me atrevo a decirles que juraría que la sal la han puesto una vez sacada la carne del calor , y me dice que claro , como si no…… En fin , una pena ! No les deparó un gran futuro en una tierra donde se cuida mucho la materia prima . Ala pues !!!!!!!
