Mi esposa y yo comimos un menú del día a precio fijo con café a principios de este mes. El entrante de pollo con arroz estaba realmente bueno, y el plato principal de pescado estaba recién preparado y era un placer comerlo. El postre era el siempre presente flan español, pero aquí también estaba recién preparado. Todo esto por solo €24.80. Un valor fantástico. El servicio fue rápido y amigable en un restaurante con muchos otros comensales. Muy recomendado.

The self-service food in the restaurant part of the complex is shockingly bad. Overcooked meatballs with bits of gristle in them, salty chips, soggy salad with wilted lettuce, stodgy and inedible rice pudding etc. If you are travelling on the motorway in need of a meal, do not stop here! If you can make do with a coffee and sandwich, then the noisy bar on the other side is a better bet. Aside from that the main reason for stopping off here is that the shops in the Grupo Leo complex do sell some nice local produce and well worth buying to take back home.

We ate at a zinc table outside on the pavement across the street. A great atmosphere with the illuminated church opposite. Food was however hit and miss. My wife rated her trout as very good, and one of our guests her dorada equally. However, my cod was mushy and I didn 't finish it. Three of us ordered desserts. My wife 's arrived quickly, but I then had second thoughts about the ice cream I 'd ordered. It didn 't arrive arrive any way. Nor did my friend 's panna cotta. When I went to the bar to pay, the waiter apologised for the non-arrival of the ice cream, but was surprised that the panna cotta had met the same fate. The look on his face was Sorry sir, nothing personal, this sort of thing happens to all our guests from time to time!

A pesar de la alta asistencia, logramos conseguir una mesa afuera y tuvimos un almuerzo muy agradable con comida fresca y sabrosa servida rápidamente. Al día siguiente, las cosas estaban más relajadas, y comimos adentro. No hubo cambios en el amable servicio y la comida excelente.

Antes de nuestro paseo en el tren minero, una joven nos entregó un folleto alabando las virtudes de este restaurante para almorzar después. ¡Ojalá que su comida fuera de 5 estrellas también! Tienen un menú del día que fue bastante lamentable. El estofado de lentejas estaba caliente por fuera, pero frío por dentro. El plato principal era un plato de pescado y mariscos con papas, ninguno particularmente fresco. El postre era pudín de natillas de paquete. Al final, le dije a mi esposa que desearía no haber comido todo eso. Al menos no me enfermé después. ¡Uno debe estar agradecido por las pequeñas bendiciones!

You could tell this was a classy place by the high quality tablecloth, cutlery, glassware etc. The food was top notch we had salads followed by grilled dorada really tasty and fresh. Our waiter was very attentive the service was prompt and professional. A great touch was when my wife wanted to look at the flamingos. The waiter brought a pair of binoculars for her.
