We've been having lunch here for a few years, and have some observations that could really help improve this place. This place should have a lot more customers... leer más We've been having lunch here for a few years, and have some observations that could really help improve this place. This place should have a lot more customers than it does. The food is delicious, fast, decently sized and reasonably priced nothing here is...a problem. The staff are friendly and attentive if a little undertrained at times. The problem (we think) is the atmosphere. The tables aren't cleaned quickly today there were 9 of 20 tables with half eaten food and mess for more than 45 minutes while we were there. The waitresses were standing around waiting on the three tables of customers, so there was plenty of time for them to have cleaned all the other tables. There was a stack of milk bottles in crates stored half in the dining area, and a rubbish bag was in plain sight of the diners these things could be moved in seconds and would improve the professional look of the cafe immediately. There are some heaters on the ceiling that apparently don't work now that winter is coming it would be smart to get those fixed, and also buy some gas heating to improve the temperature inside we won't be back now until summer because it was just too cold today. Slight improvements here could make a world of difference to the look of this place, and therefore attract more customers.

Nacho chips topped with spicy chicken and a side of corn chips with a large guac. Waiting for my order I noticed they had...pre-filled containers with either corn chips or chips covered with cheese that they pop under a grill to reheat and melt the cheese. I was thinking this was not going to be good! I also noticed one employee filling a large container with guac. The manager took the container, removed about 1/3 of the guac, closed the container and turning it upside down, smack it on the counter a few times, the result was 'fluffed ' guac and a container half full. Should 've asked for the regular and not pay $2.50 more for the same amount. My nachos only had 15 chips, I counted them. It was warm-ish and the cheese reheated but not melted (above process of reheating), the chicken was cold, it was not good. Their guac used to me yummy with a good balance of ingredients, this time it was more red onions than anything else and no flavour. Save your money and go elsewhere.
