From the moment I called, customer service was amazing. Melissa (which corresponded by email with me via menu, dates, food restrictions and changing food choices was excellent. When our party arrived, everything was ready for us, even printed menus. The waiter and waiter was on everything! I wish I had the name of our main server, he was fantastic! Food was delicious, timely and plentiful, children were happy (6... this is a hard number to please) and adults had a great experience. My husband and I spent twelve years hosting our annual meal, from FAR, that was our best experience. Thanks again for everything!

We expect to wait that long if you show up without a reservation but making us wait 1 hour for a table with a reservation for two is outrages!! The manager gave us complementary dessert and it made the horrible situation mildly better, but our date night was kind of ruined, we had plans after that we couldn't fulfill anymore.
