We had a starter of Imperiale raw fish followed by the cooked one. Truly well made dishes where it is true that with such a high quality of fish it is easy to win but this linked to the mastery of the Chef together with the experience and friendliness of the Manager Fabiano, will make my point of reference for the central Adriatic coast. Happy to have covered over 80 km for a trip that ended in an exceptional way. I attach photos which, please don't eat them :
