As we were about to sit, we were intercepted by a waitress who demanded to know what we were doing and were marched back to the entrance. Fortunately, having spent many years working in the former Soviet Union I recognised the importance of queuing correctly! From then on everything was fine. The lunch menu is good value and the food and no complaints about the service.

Después de ser ignorados durante veinte minutos mientras los lugareños eran conversados, recogimos un par de menús. Una de las dos bebidas pedidas llegó. Tras otro retraso, se tomó nuestro pedido y finalmente apareció la segunda bebida. Casi una hora después de llegar, nos sirvieron la comida y los cubiertos llegaron más tarde. Tontamente intentamos pagar la cuenta después de comer la comida mediocre solo para ser mirados con desdén. A lo largo de todo, intentamos pedir y hablar en español, pero nos fuimos solo con un mal sabor de boca. Eviten este lugar.

The food and service were excellent with some interesting variations on the standard “Indian” restaurant menu favourites. If you’re in the area do visit- you won’t regret it!

Este es un bar/restaurante amigable que sirve buena comida, sin pretensiones, a un precio razonable. La pizza marinera fue excelente ambas noches, con mariscos frescos sobre una buena base delgada. El pez de ancla y los calamares también estaban buenos, y la ensalada de la casa era una mezcla interesante, incluyendo tanto aguacate como pera. Con un par de copas de vino de la casa cada uno, comimos y bebimos bien cada noche por alrededor de 30 €. Vale la pena una visita.
