I had an awful experience in this branch just this morning. This is my first time giving a negative feedback because the service was really bad, and I am hoping... leer más I had an awful experience in this branch just this morning. This is my first time giving a negative feedback because the service was really bad, and I am hoping that management would do something about it. I told the staff (a lady) that I want to get the offer in the app (1 iced capp and 10 pack timbits) plus 2 medium iced capp. I even showed her the picture of the offer two times. When I was at the pick up counter, she only gave me 2 iced capp. I told her nicely that I ordered the offer plus 2 medium iced capp. Then she started telling me, • you should tell me that you want 3 iced capps”. I showed her the picture of the offer again but she gave me the same response and looked at me like I am so stupid. She was rolling her eyes and smiling sarcastically. She was so rude. Maybe she’s tired or she doesn’t like her job, but that’s not a reason to treat the customers so bad. I’ve read some of the comments here and I think that we encountered the same lady. I just hope that she change her ways on dealing with customers or please attend a customer service training Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
