The simple fact that some of the raw ham selections aren 't always available in large quantities should make you think about the freshness of the product, which isn 't always easy to find. Most, if not all, of the ingredients and sauces inside, in my opinion, are homemade, and this is evident from the flavor, which isn 't enriched by ketchup and other sauces, but is fresh, delicate, and authentic.
