We went for a quick visit in Quebec city and this restaurant located right at the center of it all. We sat outside enjoying the weather and people watching. It was perfect. Got tuna tartare, escargot and duck confit with wonton...chips and seaweed salad. Everything was delicious. We actually ordered for another tuna tartare and of course sangria lol. Our waiter was great and fast. Highly recommended.
