First time at this particular location and I could not believe the unsanitary conditions. First, I noticed the girl making thefood orders had no gloves on (gross) and was actually touching tortillas and preparing food for customers with her bare hands.Upon my speaking with the mgr she immediately put them on. Next, all around the food counter was food that had spilled out andno one bothered to clean it up. Looked really disgusting and nasty. The last straw for me was when someone at the drive thrusent their food back and the guy put the chicken back on the grill. Yikes!! how did he know the person didn?t open and touch thefood? Once a customer has touched it, I thought it goes in the trash. I was so freaked out by the conditions of this place thatmy husband and I left and went to the Chino Hills location, I just left them a 5 star review. Lastly, the staff was very nicebut in my opinion they lack the proper training and may not understand how dangerous these conditions are for unsuspectingcustomers. Please do better Chino El Pollo Loco before someone gets sick.
