The first time I booked, we showed up and there was a sign on the door, announcing the restaurant was closed that day. The second time, the restaurant cancelled my booking for 20+ people on the day of the actual booking a Christmas Party and we had to scramble to find a new place. The final attempt, last night, the restaurant was actually open! Everyone had to order separately through an app. They then brought our drinks and one friend's food and we didn't see staff again until I had to flag someone down over half an hour later. They then told us the system didn't register the food orders for the others, just the drinks. Surely, seeing the price we paid in the system and that only one person in the group was eating would make you check in? They eventually brought the rest of the food 45min after our friend was served and gave us a salad to share as ways of apology??? Never again. The food might be good and the location may look nice, but the service is an absolute mess and clearly hasn't improved beyond managing to be open.

Il personale è molto simpatico, il locale è carino e accogliente e il cibo è indubbiamente conveniente, ma di qualità. Non può che essere un 10/10!!

Despite a bit of a wait for the food to arrive, we were surprised by the abundance and excellent quality of all the food. I would say highly recommended also for the variety of the menu, including veggie. Service: Dine in
