I could have ignored it, but after entering the store she was speaking on the phone and kept me waiting even after she saw me coming through the door.

Burgers here are great tasting but are very greasy, very messy and definitely overpriced. The difference was night and day, I arrived for the buffet an hour before it was due to finish however by that time few choices remained and most of these looked like they had been in the buffet for days not hours, unfortunately the dishes tasted as sad as they looked. Annoyingly three staff members were standing together only a few meters from where I was seated and continued talking very loudly for the entire time that I had my lunch, it was so irritating that I had to put my headphone on and listen to music to drown out their talking. However the final straw for me was just as I was finishing my lunch one staff member set up in the dining room and started prepping vegetables, based on the lack of food options on the buffet I assume no one was cooking in the kitchen at the time and there would have been space to do the food prep in the kitchen rather than doing it in front of paying customers, but of course not, how could she continue her conversation with her work colleges if she was doing the food prep alone in the kitchen. In summary I will not be returning to P&L and I suggest that you avoid the lunch buffet.

As soon as we ordered, the breakfasts were delivered quickly and were fine. The price was very reasonable as we had vouchers.
