18.02.2023 - 06:03Of course no establishment associated with the Guerard name is going to be run of the mill and this is no exception. The decor is rustic and centred around a large hearth which is used to prepare a number of the dishes such as grilled...prawns and of course their signature suckling pig roast on the fire. Even the side dishes of penne with ceps and a creamy mashed potato are a joy. The menu is an idealised version of French countryside classics all of which are prepared with a lot more finesse than the menu suggests. A lot of the prep work is actually done in the main 3* kitchen itself, so it is really no surprise that the dishes here are such high quality. The patisserie is particularly strong definitely don't miss the boozy armagnac soaked baba! The price point is almost laughably cheap for the quality of the food. An absolute must visit if you're in this part of France.

19.12.2022 - 10:27If they ignore the drain area, this gem of a chip shop was more than I expected. pretty and helpful, not to mention how fresh it was. in any case a more outlier. I hope the area will win a regeneration in the near future.

15.12.2022 - 05:41I would say that this is now the best restaurant within the Marina. The views across the Marina are superb. The fish is fresh and well cooked ...actually excellent. The locals come here as I have done over the years as my sailing yacht was based here and if the staff know you the service is great ...if they do not know you I would say the service is perhaps variable as noted in other reviews. I like the place so I would recommend and the owner is very attentive in my opinion.

08.12.2022 - 06:49Tiny Tim 's is a must when you visit Canterbury. Every time we visit Canterbury we always make sure to stop here. The afternoon tea is the best, the sandwiches are very good and the scones are brilliant! There is a great selection of tea also, as well as other food items. This time I decided to get the ham and mustard 'huffkin ' which hit the spot! Can 't wait till we 're in Canterbury again!!

02.12.2022 - 00:52Worst customer service ever! Went there for dinner in August. I am a tourist in Paris. Tried to spare a bit more time to get there on time, and arrived 20mins early. I asked to sit by the bar for a drink BUT the Japanese...waiter at the front told me NO I HAD TO COME BACK AGAIN. VERY RUDE!!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! I could have ordered a bottle of champagne. I then asked to use the toilet but he said NO THE TOILET LIGHT WAS BROKEN. WHAT A JOKE... lol Have your manager ever trained you to serve your customer in a michelin-star restaurant???? I'm back in England and then I realize that their 1-star is already gone in 2018!!!! No wonder why it's taken away!!! Shame on you Sola! THIS REVIEW IS GENUINE. I will put the same review to all internet search engines for anyone to be aware of.
