Today, the baristas were extremely rude and hateful while ordering and checking out. My friend was asked if she paid and she said yes and was even willing to pay again. The barista then rolled their eyes at her and scoffed. Same with my sister when she tried to pay. I usually understand if people are having a bad day but to be blatantly rude is unacceptable. We will unfortunately not be going back to this location. Hopefully they will learn better customer service skills for the sake of other customers. We even tipped! Really was hoping for a better experience when I tried to take my friends somewhere new. As someone who is a barista, I really hoped for a better experience and wish we could’ve left feeling better not worse.

We had a tab for $45.00 and a few days later we saw on our statement that $102 was deducted from our account. Don't get me wrong, we always tip 20%, but we did not tip $57 for some buckets of beer and 2 shots. We called to try and speak with a manager, left our information, and no one ever returned our call. If you decide to go, bring cash. Super shady.
