The lamb curry burger had a healthy amount of cumin and even the rice of the chicken tikka had a distinct fragrance. Don't skip the wings and give the margarita a try. Some of the best Indian inspired foods I've had in a while.

The restaurant had only three occupied tables and there looked to be 3 servers and a host but it still took us 25 minutes to get our drink order. It then took 10 minutes to get our drinks. Our food took a total of 45 minutes and then everything was over salted and bland. Our server didn?t seem to want to be there and didn?t make us feel welcome. Will definitely not come back.

A table of 4 sat down after we had already ordered our apps and entrees and then they ordered their food, got their food, and left before I even got my meal. Very annoying. When my food came out it wasn’t even cooked to my request (undercooked). I sent it back and it came back unevenly cooked and then still partially raw. Finally after the third time of this, it was cooked perfectly. I was sad that the service was so bad. We have been here multiple times before and it was never this way. The management was amazing at handling things after it was made known there was some issues. I’m still going to return and I hope that with any review, whoever reads this knows that even though the food wasn’t cooked correctly and having to send it back multiple times and how long it took for everything, Bait is still an amazing place. I will absolutely return.
